Note: Customers are not allowed to bring their own food or drink on board. In case of non-compliance, an amount of €20 per person will be charged. Booking and cancellation conditions:
Each reservation made is accompanied by 50% of the amount of the total cost of the trip, the remainder being paid before departure.
Children up to 18 years old must be accompanied by 1 adult. Cancellation:
-The company reserves the right to cancel the trip for reasons of safety and weather conditions. The customer will be fully refunded without the right to compensation.
-In case of cancellation by the customer more than 10 days before the departure date, the amount deposited will be irregularly refunded, less than 10 days the amount will be fully retained.
